ScopeLens provides AI content detection and plagiarism analysis services using tunitin api. The Service analyzes text documents and provides reports indicating the likelihood of AI-generated content and potential plagiarism matches. Results are provided on a best-effort basis and should be used as one factor among many in making content-related decisions. Results may vary based on the specific tunitin API configurations provided to different institutions.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms of the Service.

7. Credits, Payments & Refunds

• Access to the Service is provided through credit-based plans or license keys.
• Credits are consumed when you use features such as AI detection or plagiarism scanning.
• We do not offer refunds for any reason once plan purchased or key generated/claimed.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and plans with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ScopeLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AI detection and plagiarism results are informational and should not be the sole basis for academic, legal, or employment decisions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.
